Kon and Tim at some High Society party or something where Tim dragged Kon there to make him company.
I just wanted an excuse to play Kon in a suit, okay.

And don't try to ask the caterers for champagne. I've already told them not to give you any. [Tim narrows his eyes at Conner at the idea of what he might do.]

[He starts out stern but ends with a slight smile. He is grateful to Conner for coming, even if he might mess up horribly.]

Yeah, thanks... [ though the issue there wasn't if he was wearing it right or not for him... It was wearing it in general ]
Are you sure Bruce is okay with me being here? [ he says, after spotting him throw a quick annoyed glare at him for the third time ] He doesn't exactly look too happy about it...

From the way he's looking at me as if I could light the whole place on fire by just staring at it, I really don't think so…
[ he tucks at his tie a bit more, it was starting to become some sort of nervous tick ]
I mean, i guess the point is that I could if I would, but I don't-- [ heavy sigh to calm himself down ] Geez, this is stressing me down already and we didn't even start! I better calm down before the stress gets worse and I give a reason for my other DNA cells to give in and start going bald.

It's eight o'clock now. Everyone is going to be fashionably late, but the guests should start trickling in soon enough.

Why did you think it was a good idea to bring me here, anyway?

If by reinforcement you mean a tall dude scared of even breathing next to you, I guess I'm doing a great job then.

Just don't say anything stupid and you'll do fine.

[It's only Tim's first week as a student teacher, but already the teacher is using him as her own personal grader and secretary. He's even been ordered to get her coffee in the morning. Eventually he just settled on making it unbearably sweet so she'd stop asking. Regardless, he hasn't been able to shake the mountain of paperwork that came with a high school English class. Aside from the usual tests, there are also all the essays the students have to write, which are just depressing. So Tim is sitting at his tiny desk during his lunch hour, trying to get it all done while the teacher is in the faculty lounge.]

Uuh, Mr. Drake?

Hey, Conner. Did you want something?

I know this is going to sound totally paranoid and it may end up into a totally desperate tone after you answer my question, but...
Do you have any idea how I did on the test? I really tried my best at it, I swear, but I might have got blocked half way through and... started sucking. And I mean, if I realized myself it was probably really, really bad. So, is there any way for me to know about it beforehand...?
no subject
Well, I just graded yours and while you didn't fail, you didn't do too well. Did you want to talk about it?

Is there anything I can do about it...? -- This is probably going to sound cliché mixed with that desperate I was talking about bedore, but I really don't want my grades getting between me and "my stellar future with football", as my dad would say. Honestly, I just don't want to quit the football team and I'm scared that if I keep it like this I will eventually be forced to do it.
